Ryan has lived in Arizona since 2003. He is 20 years old and has been in real estate in for 2 years. Ryan graduated from Perry High School in May 2016. Rather than going into college, he chose to go right into real estate full-time. He was in DECA for three years in high school, which is a business marketing club. He qualified for ICDC (international career and development conference) every year he was in the club traveling around the country for business. His senior year he was awarded in the top 20% of the world for students his age in business at his international competition after completing a 30-page business plan revising a failing business. Ryan was named as the Vice-President of the marketing club his senior year delegating him the responsibility of all students and events.
Ryan got his business knowledge from his dad who owns his own business, and from his marketing advisor, Rob Lange. Ryan's dad moved to Arizona to create his own restaurant repair company and has turned it into a multi-million dollar company. He had Ryan work with the company during school breaks and taught him all about the business industry and networking. DECA was Ryan's first real insight into business and taught him everything from ethics to negotiations.
